Partner
The MidAmerica District currently has over 25 individuals and couples who have been sent from the district and are actively working to bring the gospel to the least reached parts of the world. Our IWs flourish when we partner with them in their calling! We have an opportunity to invest in them emotionally, spiritually, and financially. In addition, we benefit as a church when we step outside our community and expand our worldview! When we partner, we keep one another focused, encouraged, challenged and spurred on to accomplish The Great Commission!
Ways to Build Relationships:
CARING:
Support and care for IWs’ emotional, spiritual, and physical needs both on the field and during home assignment (HA).
CONNECTING:
Use creative ways to stay in contact using technology (emails, Zoom, Facebook, newsletters prayer letters, etc.) or hosting IWs while on HA.
GOING:
When possible, take short-term trips to work side-by-side with your partner on the field.
